Cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were received.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If this contract is cancelled, all payments received will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges already incurred.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The goods must be returned immediately and in good condition.

There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made, personalised or signed items, provided these have been produced specifically at the customer’s request.

Slight colour variations between the screen display and the printed version are technically possible and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

Any damaged deliveries must be reported in writing, together with photographic evidence, immediately upon receipt.
